Whether it’s a post-ski dinner, a family gathering, or a sunlit lunch overlooking the mountains, her creations elevate each moment into something unforgettable.
A professional chef with over twenty years of international experience, Janaina trained at the prestigious Hofmann School in Barcelona, Spain. Her academic journey continued at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland and the Basque Culinary Center in Spain, where she deepened her mastery of European culinary techniques, food science, and ingredient exploration.
Combining technical discipline with operational vision, Janaina builds kitchens that are precise, functional, and defined by their own identity. Her career revolves around three pillars: technique, culture, and excellence.
She cooks with structure, discernment, and a profound respect for the product.
Her professional background includes leadership in restaurants, international projects, and professional kitchens across Spain, Switzerland, Italy, and France. From these experiences arose a conviction she now shares with her team: every request deserves an exact gesture, achieved through excellence, attentive listening, and meaningful communication with the client.



In 2020, she founded ALPS CHEFS, a bespoke culinary agency specializing in private chef services throughout the French Alps.
Since then, she has personally led and trained a team of chefs serving private residences in destinations such as Courchevel, Méribel, Tignes, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens, Val d’Isère, and beyond, nsuring flawless culinary execution and consistency at the highest level.



Janaina designs menus that blend traditional craft with contemporary creativity, transforming local ingredients into elegant, memorable experiences. Her cuisine strikes a perfect balance between structure and freedom.
Her cooking is built on a solid technical foundation and adapts seamlessly to each guest’s rhythm, preferences, and context. She understands the delicate timing of private dining, every request is interpreted with care, and every menu proposal is delivered with purpose.
