The best chef experience ever. I have travelled all around the world, eaten in great restaurants, and I want to say Jana is the best cook ever. Tajine, Indian, Italian… she does everything you love, and perfectly.

We booked the service for a New Year’s brunch on the 1st of January. The service was spectacular. The food was delicious, and the chef and her assistant were very considerate with all our needs. I highly recommend the service.

Janaina and her team have been the most amazing Alpine caterers for our family for the last three years. Their cooking has been delicious, their service faultless, and all their staff utterly charming. Nothing is ever too much trouble, with all sorts of special requests handled perfectly.

We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We will definitely be using their services when we come to the Three Valleys to ski in the future.

Our Alps Chefs, Juli and Lara, were the highlight of the holiday. We all agreed we can never go back to self-catering or hotels.

They were professional, discreet, friendly, and fun, and provided us with the best food we’ve had in any ski resort. They seemed to know exactly what we needed and when.

It was wonderful to have everything professionally prepared, presented, served, and cleaned up afterwards (immaculate).

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — absolutely worth every penny, and although it felt like a luxury, it’s more economical than eating out every night and far more relaxing, especially after a long day on the slopes.

We were lucky to find Janaina and her amazing team. Our two weeks in Val Thorens were made even better by being looked after by Pablito and Almir.

No problem was too small, and our breakfast and evening meals were incredible — as was the conversation and friendship, which made it even more rewarding.

What an amazing experience Chef Jana gave our family. The food was sensational. We opted for the paella menu, which was delicious. Jana made it so special — with all the small touches, such as the stunning table decoration and the attention to detail on each course. She is also such a lovely person to connect with.

When Jana arrived, we were asked to do nothing but enjoy — which we did. And when she left, the place was immaculate, with everything tidied away.

Chef Deborah Miranda was absolutely amazing! She prepared breakfast for us during our trip to Courchevel. We adjusted the menu several times to match everyone’s taste and make it healthier, and she adapted quickly every time. She made the best breakfasts, was incredibly attentive, and always perfectly on time. We truly enjoyed having her with us and highly recommend her to any future guests.
